Day 42

Food Diary

Breakfast
2x weetabix with semi skimmed milk
coffee black spoon demerea sugar

Mid Morning
1L water
ryvita fruit crunch

Lunch
1L water
tuna & 4 ryvita

Dinner
Lemon sole with salad
1L water
1 pint squash

Snack
1 pint squash
natural yog
hand ful of nuts

Exercise
Fitness class which was quite a hard one tonight but i enjoyed it all the same .
Got weight & measurements tomorrow so figers crossed all will be ok other wise i will be in trouble .

I am feeling really good though and i can see a change in myself plus i am a lot fitter than i have been for a very long time .
