Week 5 day 29

Had a crap night's sleep & feel lousy this morning!!!!!!

Food Diary

Breakfast
Bowl of weetabix minis (fruit&nut)
coffee black spoon demerea sugar

Mid Morning
coffee
1.5L water
Natural nut bar

Lunch
Tuna salad
1 pint weak squash

Dinner
Grilled fresh burgers with & fresh green salad
1 pint squash
red bush tea

Snacks
Hand ful of nuts
hand ful of mini weetabix

Exercise
I have had the day off today as i feel really rough and i knew i would'nt be able to give it 100%,hopefully will be back training tomorrow .

Had weight & measurements done today not very good this week i have stayed the same which put a downer on my day as i have worked hard this week . New week so need to work extra hard this week to get those results, could really do with some encouragement guys :-(

  1. Hey Vikki, chin up chick. You've done so well already- you're bound to have weeks where not much changes. I'm sure your strength/fitness has immproved, but those are not so easy to measure.
