Day 35

Food Diary

Breakfast
2x weetabix with semi skimmed milk
coffee black spoon demerea sugar

Mid Morning
1L water
natural nut bar

Lunch
Tuna on wholemeal bread & side salad
1L water
green tea

Dinner
Meat balls & pasta
1L water

Exercise
Went to the fitness class to see how i got on ready for tomorrow,it went well and i  pushed myself .

Looking forward to getting back to it tomorrow even though i know it will be hard .
