Day 20

Food Diary

Breakfast
Bowl o f fruit & fibre
coffee black spoon demerea sugar

Mid Morning
Banana
2 L water

Lunch
Wholemeal pitta with cheese
Green tea

Dinner
Mixed salad & piece of cod
1 pint of squash

Snack
Handful of nuts
1 Lwater

Exercise
PT session with Kai,it was hard going again as Kai changed things round. It must off done the job as i am feeling it now so god help me in the morning .
Have got to go and do the steps on my own tomorrow will hopefully get hubby to come and give me some support or just  shout at me .
Even though it is getting harder now i am still enjoying it and feeling a lot better for it ,just feel i am lacking in a bit off energy some days but once i get going i am fine .
