Day 24

Food Diary

Breakfast
super fruity shredded wheat
coffee black spoon demerea sugar

Mid Morning
2L water
Nuts & fruit

Lunch
Tuna on a whole meal pitta
1L water

Dinner
Chicken goujons & salad with coleslaw

Snacks
1L water
green tea
ryvita with philly

Exercise
Had Pt session at the gym went very well today & i really enjoyed it too. I am starting to ache again now but it is all good .Went to TKD for 1 hr then joined in the fitness class but i had to drop out half way through .
Might have the day off tomorrow not sure yet will see how i feel.

I hope i have inspired a few more people to give it a go & reach those goals :)
