1.5 L water
Natural nut bar
Lunch
4x Ryvita with cheese spread
celary sticks
1 Pint of squash
red bush tea
Dinner
Sausage with veg & side salad
2 Pints of squash
Snacks
2Pints of squash
2x Ryvita fruit crunch (fruit & seeds)
handful of jelly babies
Still not feeling 100%. Getting fed up now want to get back training hopefully by monday i should be better even if i'm not i am training, feel like something is missing in my life at the moment .
Not sure weather i will do TKD in the morning might just go and watch . :(
