Day 31

Had a better nights sleep but still not 100% so i think we will have to start this week again .

Food Diary

Breakfast
weetabix minis
coffee black spoon demerea sugar

Mid morning
1L water
natural nut bar

Lunch
Smoked salmon & salad
1L water
Red bush tea
Dinner
Chicken breast with fresh veg & small portion of pasta
1L water
green tea

Exercise 
Had another day off as still not 100% .Going to start fresh on monday so i have got the weekend to rest to .
I have missed my training the last couple of days ,(it has only been 3 days but it feels longer) .
