Day 36 (week 5 again)

Food diary

Breakfast
2x Weetabix with semi skimmed milk
coffee black spoon demerea sugar

Mid Morning
2L water
banana

Lunch
egg mayo with 4x ryvita & side salad
1 l water

Dinner
Chicken goujons with baked beans & salad
1 pint squash
red bush tea

Snack
Natural bar
red bush tea
1 pint squash

Exercise
Yeah i trained today didn't think i was going to as i didn't feel well this morning but i did it and it was brill ,feeling very tiered now cant wait to go to bed .
Looking forward to another  hard session on friday ,need to get back on track and push myself harder than before to get the results i want :)
