Day 21

Food Diary

Breakfast
Bowl of fruit&fibre
coffee black spoon demerea sugar

Mid Morning
Banana
2 L water

Lunch
mushroom omlette
green tea

Dinner
Chicken breast , pasta & salad
1 L water

Snacks
Handful nuts
2 Pints weak squash

Exercise
Went for 1 mile run then did my steps then ran the mile home .
Looking forward to tomorrow going to train in the gym and i am sure it wont be easy .
My butt was  aching today after yesterday so that is good at least i know i did something right .
New week again tomorrow so that means weight & measurements to be done fingers crossed .
