Day 30

Still had a crap nights sleep & felt treble when i got up

Food Diary

Breakfast
Weetabix mini's
coffee black spoon demerea sugar

Mid Morning
1.5 L water
coffee
nut bar

Lunch
Tuna  with salad & 4x ryvita
green tea

Afternoon
Red bush tea x2
1pint of squash
1L water

Dinner
Roast chicken &roast veg with a side salad
1 pint water
Exercise
Had the day off again today as still not feeling brill hopefully get back to it tomorrow i have missed training the last couple of days .
I am feeling a little better now hopefully i will get agood nights sleep tonight .
