Day 40

Food Diary

Breakfast
2x Weetabix with semi skimmed milk
coffee black spoon demerea sugar

Mid morning
1.5L water

Lunch
Scampi & big mixed salad
1L water

Dinner
4x ryvita with cottage cheese
bowl of natural yog with coconut
1L water

Exercise
2hrs TKD very hot & sweaty classes .
Feeling like my old self again even if i am still aching from friday really looking foward to getting back to training properly this week .
Got race for life to look forward to on sunday with some off the other ladies from TKD should be a good day .

I am about half way through my training now and it has'nt been easy and i know it is only going to get harder but i will feel & look a lot better at the end & i hope i give others the inspiration to give it a go it is worth all the hard work :) x
