Steak pie (left the pastry) & very small hand ful of chips with baked beans

Exercise
4.5 mile run very pleased with myself as i used to struggle with just 2 miles.Just goes to show you can do anything if you put the effort in .
My arms & shoulders are aching a little after the session in the gym yesterday .
Looking forward to another session in the gym again tomorrow .
