Food Diary

Breakfast
Bowl of fruit&fibre
coffee black spoon demerea sugar

Mid Morning
1Lwater
natural nut bar

Lunch
2x Ham cobs
1 pint of squash
green tea

Dinner
2 L water
chicken chow mein
red bush tea

Exercise
Having another couple of days off ,back training on wed and cant wait .
Feeling a lot better but still not 100% .

Really have missed my training the last week so looking forward to wed let the beasting begin lol
