2x weetabix with semi skimmed milk & little bit of demerea sugar
coffee black spoon demerea sugar
Mid morning
2L water
Banana & nuts
Lunch
4 x Ryvita with philly
cherry toms
apple
1 pint weak squash
Dinner
Veg stir fry with egg noodles
1 pint of weak squash
Exercise
Went for a little run then did the steps that 74 steps 8x and believe me when i say my legs where on FIRE .
Felt better this morning than i thought i would just my shoulders hurt but i was tired ,got another session tommorrow looking forward to it even though i know it is going to be bloody hard . NO PAIN NO GAIN .
