Roast pork with lots of veg, new potatoes & gravy
small serving of icecream
1 pint of squash
Afternoon
Handful of nuts
glass of water
coffee
Dinner
Tuna salad with & plain bagel
weak squash
handful of nuts & raisins
Exercise
Went for a run round hartlebury common really enjoyed it ,it was hard going running on the sand put a couple of good hills in too 2,made a change to run somewhere different .
Had a lovely dinner cooked by my mom today which made a nice change .
Feeling really good at the moment got loads more energy ,looking forward to tomorrows training session with Kai he should be upping the intensity :-)
Really looking forward to tomorrows session, just written a new programme for you Vikki. I think you are going to enjoy this. Oh and steps session on Tuesday ;)
