Day 28

Food Diary

Breakfast
super fruity shredded wheat
coffee black spoon demerea sugar

Mid Morning
2L water
natural nut bar

Lunch
scrambled egg & baked beans
green tea

Afternoon
1 L water
handful of nuts

Dinner
red bush tea
chicken breast & pasta
1 pint weak squash

Exercise
Went for a run only did about 2.5 miles as my knee is playing up .
Did Kai's fitness class tonight which is 45 mins very good hot sweaty session .

Dont know if i am looking forward to tomorrow as Kai is upping the intensity again plus it is weight & measurement day fingers crossed it will be ok  :-)
