Day 16

Food Diary

Breakfast
Bowl of super fruity shredded wheat
coffee black 1 spoon demerea sugar

Mid Morning
Banana
1L water

Lunch
Cheese & tomatoe sandwhich on wholemeal bread
1 L water

Dinner
A mixed salad with carrot sticks ,chicken goujons
1 L water
Handful of nuts

Exercise
Went for a 3 mile run but my legs where very tight especially my hamstrings so i took it very steady .
My shoulders and my calves where aching this morning after my session yesterday so that is all good .
Got Pt session with Kai tommorrow so that will be another hard one .
