Had pork roast & salad

Exercise
Had the day off today will make up for it tomorrow .
Will go for a run in the morning then go and do 2hrs TKD.
Feeling good after yesterday not aching as much think the fitness class helped .
Looking forward to another good week next week .
I am feeling really good at the moment & really enjoying the training .
I have had a lot of nice comments off people who haven't seen me in ages and that makes it all worth while .
