Exercise
PT session with Kai .
Kai had his work cut out today as i was very tired but he did a fab job and pushed me all the way with hardly any rest today thank you i needed it .
It has been a tough week but i needed it as it was getting easy and i am sure it will up again on monday .
Might have the day off tomorrow as got training on sunday .
1 hr TKD lesson teatime then that will do for today i think .
