PT session with Kai and he really upped the intensity today i was shattered when we finished dont know how i managed to drive home , i really enjoyed it though just what i needed .
Got the steps to do tommorrow which i know is going to hurt .
Cant wait to go to bed think it will be an early night for me need my rest ready for those steps !!!
Still feeling really good just need to get on top of my eating and making sure i have enough snacks between meals it will get easier though , will soon be week 3 :)
You're doing really well with your exercise Vikki- well done. It looked a hard session today! Make sure you're eating enough fruit and veg and good luck with the steps tomorrow :)
