Week 3 Day 15

Food Diary

Breakfast
2x Weetabix with a little demerea sugar
coffee black 1 spoon demerea sugar

Mid morning
9 Bar
2 Lwater

Lunch
Scrambled egg, bakad beans 2 slices whole bread
1L water
Afternoon
1 pint of weak squash

Dinner
Chicken goujons with a big mixed salad
1 pint weak squash
Exercise
PT session with Kai went very well it was still hard but not as hard as i found it on monday .
I know i have worked hard my legs are aching .
Had measurements & weight done again better than i expected this week lost another 1lb & 2cm ,thats 4lb & 11cm altoghter in just 2 weeks i am pleased hopefully will do better this week with the intensity being upped . Still loving it and i can see the changes myself which gives you that extra boost to keep going .
I hope i can inspire others to get up and have a go , i know i could'nt do it without the help and support that i am getting ,& Kai is a top personal trainer i would recommend him to any one that needs the help & support.
