Day 41

Food diary

Breakfast
Natural yogurt with fruit
coffee black spoon demerea sugar

Mid Morning
2L water
handful of fruit & nuts

Lunch
1L water
2x poached eggs on toast with baked beans

Dinner
Chicken wings with veg
1L water

Exercise
Had a really good session with Kai today even though it was hard .
done 1hrs TKD tonight too so feeling tiered now .

Had a really good day and feeling really well now . Going for a run tomorrow ready for sunday then fitness class tea time .
