fresh meat balls in a tomatoe sauce
cup of red bush tea
AfterNoon
cup of red bush tea
1 Pint of squash
handful of nuts
Dinner
6x ryvita with egg mayo & salad
2x green tea
natural bar
Exercise
2 Hrs TKD very full on hot & sweaty .
I have had a very nice weekend went to a party last night which was great got to let my hair down & relax & then today i have chilled out apart from when i had to do the ironing .
Back to hard work again tomorrow session at the gym looking forward to it though :-)
