Day 38

Food Diary

Breakfast
2x Weetabix with semi skimmed milk
coffee black spoon demerea sugar

Mid morning
2L water
natural nut bar

Lunch
scrambled egg on wholemeal toast
green tea
1 pint squash

Afternoon
red bush tea

Dinner
3 slices off pizza ( roasted veg on thin base )
2L water
Exercise
Had Pt session with Kai and he changed my programme again it was hard but very good at the same time really enjoyed it ,came out looking like i had been in the shower .
Got an hrs TKD tonight and may be 45 mins fitness class too .

I only did the TKd class that was quite enough for one day .
Have had a really good though and feel really good :)
