Exercise
Have had the weekend of i will see how i feel in the morning as Kai has suggested i have a couple more days of just to make sure i am ok other wise i will end up making myself worse especially as the intensity has got to be upped ,i have missed my training though feels like it has been ages since i last trained .
Feeling ok though other wise have seen a few people who i have'nt seen in a while and they complemented me on how good i looking .
