Food Diary

Breakfast
Bowl of super fruity shredded wheat
coffee

Mid Morning
9 Bar
1 L water

Lunch
Srambled egg
wholemeal pitta
1 Pint weak squash

Afternoon
Green tea
1 Pint squash

Dinner
Pasta Bolognaise
1 Lwater

Exercise
Went for about a 2 mile run this morning then did 2 hrs TKD .
Feeling really good today looking forward to training hard again this week .
Hopefully we will have some good results again this week fingers crossed .
