2 home made burgers with a handful off chips
1 pint of squash

Exercise
Had day of today instead will make up for it tomorrow going for a run round hartlebury common so i can get some hill sprints in to .
Have to say i didnt enjoy my handful off chips at all so dont think i will be having any more .

Exercise
1 hr PT session with Kai. It was a very good session again but i think we need to up the intensity again on monday .
1hr TKD session to go will let you know how goes later .Had a very good lesson ,had lots off fun watching every one do the fitness class i could feel there pain just sat there lol.
3 mile run tommorrow then day off on sunday .
Still loving it Kai has'nt beat me yet .

Exercise
Went for a 3 mile run this afternoon and knocked a couple off mins off my time so well pleased.
Have had a lot of nice comments off people about how well i am looking which gives me an extra boost .
I am feeling a lot fitter and a lot healthier now & have found i am keeping myself busier.
Got a Pt session with Kai tomorrow which means i will have to work extra hard plus 1hrs TKD on the night . x

Week 2 Day 8

Lemon sole with wholemeal pasta side salad

Exercise
1Hr PT session with Kai this afternoon in which he has upped the weights ,which must be good as i am feeling it now .
Had my weight and measurements done and it is all good 3lbs lost & 9 half cm lost . Feeling really good now and really pleased cant wait to see the end result i know it will be worth all the hard work that it is going to take from myself  with the help of Kai . :-)

Run followed by the stairway to hell 4x then power walk home .
45 mins fitness class 6:30 then i think that will do for today
Its going well, really enjoying it which makes it a lot easier .
Week 1 nearly over another 11 to go bring them on i am ready  :)
Fitness class went well thanks Kai for more punishment just what i needed ,look forward to tomorrow

1hr PT session with Kai . Its going very well found it a lot easier today .
Not looking forward to the steps again tomorrow but it will be all good in the end .
Need to make sure i drink plenty of water especially when i am not training !!!

Haddock fillet baked in the oven with fresh vegetables & rice

Exercise
Day of rest today from exercise just did 1 half hours of knife defence at TKD .
Had to sit in KFC lunch time while Chris & Demi had lunch i was very tempted to have one but i thought i would test my will power and i did it i waited till i got home and cooked my own .
Looking forward to another hard session with Kai tomorrow i know it will hurt but it is all good .

Exercise
3 mile run done was very hard going in the heat plus legs are feeling heavy after a very good PT session yesterday . Feeling better every day and looking forward to seeing the end result .No pain no gain as they say bring it on .
Looking forward to a nice BBQ later and the day off tomorrow . :-)
BBQ was  very nice and i did my best to be a good girl,turned down dessert .
Looking forward to another hard session on monday .

Looking forward to 1hr of TKD tonight .Had a very good TKD lesson loads off pad waking .Feeling very good at the moment looking forward to a 3 mile run tomorrow if not abit longer then a nice BBQ tomorrow afternoon then day off sunday .

Exercise
Power walked to the steps then ran up 74 steps 4 times and then ran home was very hot which made it hard going today ,but feeling very good and looking forward to another hard session tomorrow . Beach body here we come :)

Exercise:
45 minute PT session, including body weight and free weight exercises

I feel great today. I found the PT session OK, but I know Kai is going to up the intensity on Friday.
Looking forward to tomorrow going for a run with some steps in there some where .

Before my programme started...

Before starting the 12 week programme I was already quite active; I train in Tae Kwon Do twice a week, do 2 45 minute fitness classes per week and have at least one weekly session with Kai. I try to run every other day on top of this and I'm now up to about 3 miles per run. My fitness is definitely better than it was- it's getting there!

I have started eating better recently, but I don't eat enough. I often miss breakfast. As long as I have a cup of coffee I don't care- I hate breakfast! I usually get up at 6.30am and leave the house by 7.30 am. I have to get my kids up and ready in that time, so it's a bit of a rush. Lunch is usually sandwich or pasta. We eat a lot of pasta. I do try to eat wholemeal pasta, even if the rest of the family eat white pasta.

By doing the 12 week programme I would like a new body! I had a nice figure before I had kids and it didn't help because I had 2 C-sections. I wasn't able to do anything for a while after that. Ideally I would like to lose at least a stone, hopefully more like two.
