Food diary:
Breakfast
1 Weetabix with semi skimmed milk
Black coffee with 1 teasponn demerera sugar
Mid morning snack
Banana
2 litres of water
Lunch
Tuna sandwhich, apple & handful of nuts
Dinner
Lemon sole,wholemeal pasta &small salad
1 litre of water
Exercise:
45 minute PT session, including body weight and free weight exercises
I feel great today. I found the PT session OK, but I know Kai is going to up the intensity on Friday.
Looking forward to tomorrow going for a run with some steps in there some where .
