Food Diary
Breakfast
Bowl of fruit & fibre with semi skimmed milk
coffee black 1 spoon of demerea sugar
Lunch
Chicken breast grilled on a tortilla wrap with salad & mayo
1 pint of weak squash
3x fig rolls
Dinner
Haddock fillet baked in the oven with fresh vegetables & rice
1L water
Exercise
Day of rest today from exercise just did 1 half hours of knife defence at TKD .
Had to sit in KFC lunch time while Chris & Demi had lunch i was very tempted to have one but i thought i would test my will power and i did it i waited till i got home and cooked my own .
Looking forward to another hard session with Kai tomorrow i know it will hurt but it is all good .
