Banana & handful of nuts

Tuna salad & 1 slice of wholemeal bread
Afternoon
Apple
1L water
Coffee
Dinner
Ham & mushroom omelette with a small salad
1L water
Exercise
Power walked to the steps then ran up 74 steps 4 times and then ran home was very hot which made it hard going today ,but feeling very good and looking forward to another hard session tomorrow . Beach body here we come :)
