Day 3

Food Diary

breakfast
2x weetabix ,semi skimmed milk & demerea sugar
coffee black tea spoon demerea sugar

Mid morning snack
Banana & hand ful of nuts
2L  water
coffee

Lunch
Lemon sole wholemeal pasta side salad
1 pint weak squash

Dinner
Tuna sandwhich on wholemeal bread
1L water
Exercise
1 hr PT session with Kai in which he has upped the intensity ,was a very good session again came away feeling really good . Looking forward to 1hr of TKD tonight .Had a very good TKD lesson loads off pad waking .Feeling very good at the moment looking forward to a 3 mile run tomorrow if not abit longer then a nice BBQ tomorrow afternoon then day off sunday .
