Mid morning
Banana
coffee
1half L water
Lunch
Ham salad sandwhich
half pint weak squash
Dinner
Bbq salad,rice,chicken & fish
small glass of lemonade
small handful of jelly babies
pint off water
Exercise
3 mile run done was very hard going in the heat plus legs are feeling heavy after a very good PT session yesterday . Feeling better every day and looking forward to seeing the end result .No pain no gain as they say bring it on .
Looking forward to a nice BBQ later and the day off tomorrow . :-)
BBQ was very nice and i did my best to be a good girl,turned down dessert .
Looking forward to another hard session on monday .
