Exercise
Went for a 3 mile run this afternoon and knocked a couple off mins off my time so well pleased.
Have had a lot of nice comments off people about how well i am looking which gives me an extra boost .
I am feeling a lot fitter and a lot healthier now & have found i am keeping myself busier.
Got a Pt session with Kai tomorrow which means i will have to work extra hard plus 1hrs TKD on the night . x
