2L water

Omelette with salad

Dinner
Grilled chicken breast on tortilla wrap with salad
Snack
2L water
handful of nuts
cup of tea
Exercise
Run followed by the stairway to hell 4x then power walk home .
45 mins fitness class 6:30 then i think that will do for today
Its going well, really enjoying it which makes it a lot easier .
Week 1 nearly over another 11 to go bring them on i am ready :)
Fitness class went well thanks Kai for more punishment just what i needed ,look forward to tomorrow
