Exercise
1 hr PT session with Kai. It was a very good session again but i think we need to up the intensity again on monday .
1hr TKD session to go will let you know how goes later .Had a very good lesson ,had lots off fun watching every one do the fitness class i could feel there pain just sat there lol.
3 mile run tommorrow then day off on sunday .
Still loving it Kai has'nt beat me yet .
