Exercise
TKD and i got my new belt with an A pass which i can't believe ,but i put alot of hard work into it and i got the results ,my fitness pulled me through so  i am very grateful to Kai .
Looking forward to the next couple of weeks now going to try very hard to get some good results :)

Exercise
Had training session with Kai went very well but i think we need to push for more now only got 3 weeks left to get some good results so i need to get my training head  back on .  have really enjoyed the last 9 weeks of training cant believe we are nearly at the end so going to have to push myself harder than i have before .
Need lots of encouragement now guys :)

Day off today which i needed .
Not looking forward to weigh in tomorrow ,but to be honest i am very happy with my results so far ,all my clothes fit me lovely now and some things are to big plus my fitness is really good now too as i proved on sunday when i graded .

1hr PT session with Kai which was very hard going in the heat today i think i was melting at one point ,but i got through it
1hr TKD tea time so i think that will do for one day .
Starting to ache a little now after yeserday which is good as i know i gave it my all .
Only 3 weeks left to go now it has come round fast lets just hope we carry on to get the results i want.

Had my grading today and i gave it my all felt really proud of myself as i think i did a top job .
Had some lovely comments off the top table about how much more confident i am and how strong all my techniques where ,made my husband very proud .

Didn't do a proper training seesion today as i have got my grading on sunday and didn't want to risk hurting myself ,so just went over my TKD .

Have had a good day today gone over my TKD again and i feel a lot happier & more confident ,looking forward to sunday now and making Chris very proud and proving to myself that i can do it and be strong :)

Did 1hrs TKD went over everything that i needed which was good feeling a lot better today now .
Think i was just having a bad day yesterday feeling a lot more confident & i know i can do it ,going to go over it again the next couple of days just to top and tail it .

Pt session with Kai i had a new programme today which was good but hard work at the same time .

Have a had agreat day today with the family for a change & we did the Unite TKD demo at kinver fair which was brilliant and i broke for the first time too .
Took Chris out for tea as it was fathers day as we dont get many days together as a family so we made the most of it .
Back to training tomorrow and i am sure Kai is going to work me very hard :)

Done 1hr TKD and feeling good about my grading in just over a week Red belt here i come .
Really enjoying all the exercise i am doing and the way it makes you feel after .
If i could inspire anyone to get up and have a go and see how good it makes you feel that would be great because i would'nt look back even though it has been hard it has been worth it .
                     I FEEL GREAT ,NO PAIN NO GAIN :)

Had a really good training session today pushed myself really hard and feel really good for it .

Weight & measurements today and all is good ,lost 3lb & 4half cm so i was very happy and i think Kai was pleased with those results too :)

Had agood PT session with Kai today we trained in the garden so i got plenty of fresh air .
1Hr of TKD tea time as well .
feeling really good still so i think this new diet is doing the trick & my fitness levels are getting better all the time which is good as i am grading in 2wks so hopefully being a lot fitter should make it easier.

Wednesday is weigh in day again so fingers crossed  :)

Had a well deserved rest today .
Think this new diet is doing the trick feel like i have loads more energy and feel myself wanting to do more .
Have spoke to a friend of Kai's today and he told me not to worry about the weight loss being slow as i should really start to see a difference in the last few weeks :)

Feeling really good at the moment lots of energy which makes a change for me. I will be keeping the training up even when i have got to the end of my 12 weeks as it is part of my daily routine now plus i really enjoy it i haven't felt this good in years  :-)

Had session with Kai it was quite a hard session but i think it went very well again .Feeling good at the moment but i am sure i will aching in the morning .
Had weight & measurements done today . Weight stayed the same which is ok then i lost another 2cm not to bad but not great .
Started the new diet on monday so hopefully next week should be a lot better if not dont know what we will do lol .
I am feeling really good at the moment and i can see a change in the way i look ,i am a lot fitter than i have been in a long time & a lot stronger too which is all good :)

Done Race For Life today and it went really well came in in19 mins then they announced they had messed up but i only had about another half a mile to go so i think i would off done it in about 25 mins max ,so i was really pleased,all the hard work has paid off .

Looking forward to tomorrow Kai has got a new programme for me so that will either be good or bad  :)

Had weight & measurements done today and there not brill ,which makes me feel a little down as i know i have been working very hard and not eating anything i should'nt :( oh well tomorrow is a new day and we are on a new week so hopefully things will start to change :-)
