Food Diary

Breakfast
Nat yog with fresh fruit
red bush tea

Mid Morning
1L water
dried fruit & nuts

Lunch
egg salad
1L water
red bush tea

Afternoon
2L water
banana

Dinner
Cod with roasted veg & small side salad
1L water

Exercise
Had a PT session with Kai today and it went very well ,really enjoyed the new programme .
1hrs TKD later too .
Feeling really good at the moment just trying to get my head round my new diet but i will get there .
