Day 69

Food diary

Breakfast
porridge with fresh fruit
red bush tea

Mid morning
2.5 L water
banana

Lunch
Home made roasted veg pizza with a big mixed salad
1L water

Afternoon
1L water

Dinner
finn crisp crakers with ham & cheese
1.5L water

Exercise
1hr PT session with Kai which was very hard going in the heat today i think i was melting at one point ,but i got through it
1hr TKD tea time so i think that will do for one day .
Starting to ache a little now after yeserday which is good as i know i gave it my all .
Only 3 weeks left to go now it has come round fast lets just hope we carry on to get the results i want.
