chilli with rice (went out for tea for fathers day )
2x glasses wine

Exercise
Have a had agreat day today with the family for a change & we did the Unite TKD demo at kinver fair which was brilliant and i broke for the first time too .
Took Chris out for tea as it was fathers day as we dont get many days together as a family so we made the most of it .
Back to training tomorrow and i am sure Kai is going to work me very hard :)
