Exercise
Had training session with Kai went very well but i think we need to push for more now only got 3 weeks left to get some good results so i need to get my training head back on . have really enjoyed the last 9 weeks of training cant believe we are nearly at the end so going to have to push myself harder than i have before .
Need lots of encouragement now guys :)
