2x Weetabix with semi skimmed milk
coffee black spoon demerea sugar
Mid Morning
2L water
hand ful of nuts & dried fruit
Lunch
Tuna salad
1L water
cup of tea
Snack
Banana
1 pint of squash
Dinner
1.5L water
Veg stir fry & egg noodles
Exercise
Had a very hard session today had to push myself a couple of times ,but i still really enjoyed it .
Had weight & measurements done today and there not brill ,which makes me feel a little down as i know i have been working very hard and not eating anything i should'nt :( oh well tomorrow is a new day and we are on a new week so hopefully things will start to change :-)
