Day 53

Food Diary

Breakfast
porridge with fresh strawberries & banana
red bush tea

Mid morning
1L water
fruit bar

Lunch
4x ryvita with salad
1L water

Dinner
Gammon with roasted veg
1L water

Snack
red bush tea
1 pint water
hand ful of pop corn

Had a well deserved rest today .
Think this new diet is doing the trick feel like i have loads more energy and feel myself wanting to do more .
Have spoke to a friend of Kai's today and he told me not to worry about the weight loss being slow as i should really start to see a difference in the last few weeks :)
