Food diary

Breakfast
porridge with fresh berries
red bush tea

nat nut bar

lunch

egg salad

Dinner
1L water
roast chicken & veg

Snack

Exercise
Day off today but i have to say i have missed training .
Weigh in day tomorrow to see if the new diet has worked fingers crossed .
