Pt session with Kai this morning which was another very good session really enjoying the training at the moment which makes it easier .
1hr TKD later .
Feeling really good at the moment lots of energy which makes a change for me. I will be keeping the training up even when i have got to the end of my 12 weeks as it is part of my daily routine now plus i really enjoy it i haven't felt this good in years :-)
