Day 59

Sorry it's late

Food Diary

Breakfast
porridge with fresh berries out the garden
red bush tea

Mid morning
2L water
handful of nuts & dried fruit

Lunch
Ham salad
red bush tea

Afternoon
Nat yog with fruit
1L water

Dinner
chicken goujons with salad
1.5L water
red bush tea

Exercise
1hr PT session with Kai it was hard going must of had that friday feeling ,but i still pushed myself hard .
Still really enjoying everything that i am doing, got used to what i can eat now to so that is getting easier .
Need to get My TKD spot on this week as i am grading nxt sunday the 26th june so i will be working hard on that too
