Day 68

Food diary

Breakfast
porridge with fresh fruit
red bush tea

Mid Morning
2L water
cereal bar

Lunch
Ham cob
veg crisps
1L water

Afternoon
1L water
1coke ( went to the pub)

Dinner
egg salad
1L water

Exercise
Had my grading today and i gave it my all felt really proud of myself as i think i did a top job .
Had some lovely comments off the top table about how much more confident i am and how strong all my techniques where ,made my husband very proud .
