Day 45

Food Diary

Breakfast
Fruit & nat yog
red bush tea

Mid Morning
1.5L water
handful of nuts
fruit smoothie

Lunch
Scampi & salad
1L water

Afternoon
1L water
banana

Dinner
Mushroom omlette
nat yog
2L water

Exercise
1hr TKD & 45 mins fitness class 2 very good classes .
Feeling good today i think all the hard work is starting to pay off slowley .
Have got the whole weekend off so really looking forward to that taking the kids out for the day tomorrow then got a party on the night then race for life on sunday :)
