handful of nuts & dried fruit
Lunch
Tuna salad
1L water
green tea
Dinner
Chicken breast with new pots & veg
1L water
red bush tea
Snack
1 pint of squash
hand ful of nuts& dried fruit
green tea
Exercise
Have had the day off today got TKD tomorrow .
I am feeling good apart from aching all over but i guess thats a good sign at least i know i worked hard enough .
Going back to normal from monday training every day looking forward to it :)
