Exercise
Training session with Kai which was very intense but very good .
Well on my last week now ,it has been a hard 11 weeks so far and im sure the last week will be a killer ,but i have enjoyed it and i feel so much better in so many ways .
I hope i have inspired others to do the the same it is well worth all the hard work :)
