day 76

Food diary

Breakfast
yogurt with fruit
red bush tea

Mid morning
2L water
nuts & fruit

Lunch
Tuna salad
tea

Afternoon
4x ryvita with houmous
1L water

Dinner
Chicken chow mien
1.5L water

Exercise
Had avery good training session outside in the sunshine ,it was hard going in the heat but i got through it in quick time .
2Hrs TKD tea time the adults class was hot & sweaty .
By the time i had my tea i was very tired and ready for bed but felt really good after atop day off exercise :)
